Labyrinthe Aventure, Evionnaz

Even if you do manage to find your way out of the impregnable outdoor maze at Labyrinthe Aventure, it will be hard to finish all of the puzzles, riddles and games that await you around every twisting and turning passage. There are zip lines, obstacle courses, climbing walls and many other challenges to test your mettle. The maze is made up of more than 18 000 Thuja bushes, planted in the shape of the Valais. The paths in our maze are 3 km long. Visitors of all ages will love the countless activities that await them in the Labyrinthe’s lush grounds, like huge trampolines, a massive, twisting stainless-steel toboggan and games for little tykes. We offer guided tours, catering, a picnic area, a snack bar and souvenir shop. Visit us at Halloween for the spookiest, jack o’ lanternlit nights in Valais. Splash party, from June to August. Point Sud, Champoussin

Imagine a place, just around the corner from here that plunges you right into the heart of an Amazonian jungle. In this exotic setting, visitors swing from tree to tree fifteen meters above the ground, surrounded by a cacophony of jungle sounds. Participants can experience a variety of challenges without ever touching the earth. Each post offers something new, from rope bridges and swinging ropes, to suspended pathways and zip lines. This is an activity for adults and children alike, the only condition being is that participants measure at least 1m40. The Point Sud and its 400 m of bridges, pathways, balance beams, ladders and nets guarantee an unforgettable experience, 5 to 20 meters up in the air. Open: May to November.

Swiss Vapeur Parc, Bouveret

The Swiss Vapeur Parc, one of Europe's most magnificent miniature railway parks, is ideally located on the shores of Lake Geneva in the port town of Le Bouveret. At the Swiss Vapeur Parc, dozens of miniature antique and vintage steam and diesel trains puff their way through tunnels, over bridges, around alpine peaks and past charming hamlets. This lovely 17 000 m2 park delights visitors of all ages with pint-sized replicas of famous Valaisan landmarks. Good to know: cold and hot food available, snack bar and terrace. International Steam Festival in June. Open: mid March to end of October.
